Guide for regulatory affairs providers
As a regulatory affairs provider in HealthTech, you could work with SMEs receiving funding.
On behalf of the Office for Life Sciences and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, CPI will deliver the MedTech Accelerator Rapid Regulatory Support Programme, to support small and medium-sized (SME) MedTech businesses to navigate the complex and ever-changing MedTech regulatory landscape.
The programme will support SMEs who rely on external expertise to commercialise new products, or re-register existing products in-line with new regulatory requirements.
Around 140 UK SMEs are expected to benefit from a share of the £4.2 million. To be approved for grant funding a company it is required to find and appoint its own regulatory support provider.
As a regulatory affairs provider, you cannot apply directly to the programme, but we encourage you to share details about it with your clients who may be interested so that they can apply. If they score highly, you maybe be contacted in order for the programme team to conduct due diligence. CPI does not hold a list of regulatory affairs providers that we provide to SMEs and cannot promote your business to those that contact us.
