Tracey Stonehouse
Chief Financial Officer, CPI
Tracey is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 25 years experience across a range of diverse industries. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She began her career with Northumbrian Water as part of their financial graduate training scheme and she has gone on to hold senior positions in several large organisations including BASF, INEOS, Gentoo and North Star.
Throughout this time, her role has often been extended to incorporate other business support functions, such as the management of IT and Procurement. Whilst at INEOS Nitriles (UK) Ltd Tracey was a Director of the business and Company Secretary. She was also a member of the site Emergency Response Team and has developed a strong understanding and belief in the importance of effective SHE programmes. After INEOS, Tracey worked in the Housing Sector where she gained experience with multiple loan funding agreements, extensive business planning models, and risk scenario testing which were important to demonstrate compliance with sector regulatory requirements.
She is passionate about improving business processes, reducing unnecessary overhead costs and driving operational improvements, whilst at the same time maintaining standards and core business values. Throughout her career, she has been involved in several successful business sustainability and re-engineering exercises.
Tracey is also keen to develop people and support them to reach their full potential. She has studied numerous development techniques and has a post graduate Diploma in Business Performance Coaching.
