Prior to joining CPI, Matt worked in a boutique management consultancy supporting university technology transfer offices and their spin-out companies. He has supported the delivery of three cohorts of a non-profit life science accelerator with alumni going on to raise over £60m post-programme and additionally manages a network of over 160 investors actively backing UK-based life science companies.
Most recently, Matt has completed commercial consultancy projects with three university spin-outs across AI drug discovery and advanced therapeutics alongside supporting the strategy for a new biotechnology incubator space.
Matt has a BSc in Biology from the University of Leeds and a MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge.
