Dr Amy Smith is People Director within CPI's Strategic Leadership team. Amy leads strategies that drive wellbeing, develop the incredible capabilities of our CPI people, and create an inclusive workplace to ensure everyone across the organisation feels valued.
She joined the organisation in 2014 as Learning & Development Manager before expanding her role into HR. Prior to this Amy had worked in higher education , recruitment consultancy and scientific roles in the chemical industries. Amy has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Durham.
