CPI’s OLED/OPV Protoyping Line
CPI’s new large area coating line has been designed to enable the development and prototyping of both organic light emitting diodes and organic photovoltaic technology. It is suitable for processing both air sensitive and non air sensitive material sets for the production of devices on a range of substrate sizes up to 200mm square.
Substantial investment revolutionise print & packaging
The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) has announced a significant investment in a new prototyping and development facility for printed electronic devices. Based at CPI’s Printable Electronics Centre, the facility will be uniquely positioned to work directly with the UK’s design, print and packaging industries to deliver cutting-edge electronic functionality into manufacturable printed products.
£12m expansion for CPI will boost manufacturing in UK
The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) officially launches the expansion of its state of the art National Industrial Biotechnology Facility (NIBF) on May 9th at its Wilton Centre, Redcar, home. Minister for Universities and Science, David Willetts, is in attendance on a day which also provides an opportunity for unique insight into the work of CPI and the potential of its latest facilities.
