Wentworth Semi-AutoProber – semiconductor parameter test
The Wentworth is a semi-automated probe station configured with an Agilent4155C semiconductor parameter analyser.
The tool enables detailed semiconductor parameter extraction and characterisation to be performed on devices with flexibility in contact configuration, whist providing substrate scale test and characterisation facilitated by the automated probe system.
