Roll to Roll Inkjet Printer
A roll to roll inkjet printing tool with five available print bars for printing multiple functional fluids.
The roll to roll inkjet printer has the capability of printing at speeds of up to 20 m/minute with a 500 mm maximum print width. The print engine is comprised of two full width bars containing Xaar 1003 heads, two full width bars containing Fujifilm Starfire SG1024 print heads and 1 bar containing a single print head.
Fujifilm Starfire SG1024 print head for ink proofing applications. The tool has substrate cleaning and corona surface modification capabilities as well as LED UV ink pinning, IR drying and UV curing.
