Nano-master Glass Cleaner
The Nano-master Glass Cleaner is a single substrate cleaner which can handle substrates up to 12 inches square in size.
The cleaner has brush and pulse jet wash facilities and dispense bottles for solvents or weak acid. The tool can achieve drying through spin cycles of up to 1000 rpm with heat provided through three halogen lights.
