Muehlbauer CL60000 Converter
A high speed conversion line to convert smart inlays into a finished product of smart tickets or roll of smart labels.
The Muehlbauer Cl60000 allows for high-speed (up to 60m/min) conversion of RFID and NFC inlay tags into a final product by laminating the tags between face and liner materials, and die cutting to produce a finished roll or individual tickets. All layers are kept in register to each other throughout the run. The system is capable of using both dry and wet inlays as inputs, and has an option for adding a fourth liner material.
