The Moorfield Evaporation System is a floor standing vacuum evaporator for metal thin film deposition designed for pilot line and small batch production applications.
The system is an advanced processing tool designed to allow the deposition of materials onto substrates by evaporation. The tool has the capability to run 4 inch substrates and up to four individual sources.
