Jenton UV conveyor
A free standing conveyor with overhead UV lamps, used in the curing of UV printed sheets
The machines function is to UV cure a range of printed substrates such as PET, PEN and glass with varying thicknesses from 36µ to 50mm. A belt width of 575mm x 1.9m long. It holds a Hg bulb but can be changed to Ga, Fe or Pb. Curing times can be altered by the adjusting the speed of the belt and/or the power to the bulb.
