The Brewer Spin Coater is precision spin coater system designed for forming a thin film by dispensing chemistry onto a substrate.
The coater has the capability to run 4 inch substrates. The coater is a research and development tool, able to achieve spi speed repeatability <0.2rpm and resolution <0.2rpm.
