What did you do before joining CPI?
I’m originally from Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital city. I studied international law there before moving to the UK 20 years ago. When I came here, I found a real passion for numbers, which was ideal considering English is my second language! My legal background has also been useful in this role and has allowed me to assist with the grant funding that CPI receives.
Why did you join CPI?
When I was looking for a new role, I was fascinated by the type of work that CPI does. It looked really interesting and when I was offered the role, I was absolutely delighted. I have never regretted my decision to join!
What do you like about working at CPI?
Everyone says the same thing but I love the people here, which is a testament to the culture of the organisation. I also love the variety of what I do. CPI does some really exciting work, and our involvement in and response to the COVID-19 pandemic was particularly impressive.
